One of the largest multifunctional complexes in the country will appear in Brest. This is confidently stated by the developer — the SigmaPolus group of companies. The building will include not only retail space, but also a modern entertainment zone and a business center.

The complex is being built at 248 Moskovskaya Street — one of the main transport arteries of Brest. From here, it is about five minutes to the city center and approximately twelve minutes to the border crossing point "Brest — Terespol."

The total area of the facility will be more than 120,000 sq. m. Inside, there will be a four-level shopping gallery, an office section, and the largest entertainment park in the region. They will be complemented by a cinema and a 1,800 sq. m fitness club with access to a roof terrace. Also provided are cafés and restaurants of various formats. The complex will include parking for 1,300 cars.

Right now, the developer company is looking for a name for the facility. To do this, it has announced a competition in which anyone aged 16 and over can participate. You only need to read the Rules and submit your idea on the project's website. The organizers note that preference will be given to a name in the Belarusian language. The organizers promise a reward to the author of the best name.
