Belstat reported how much Belarusians' salaries grew in July

Think of the Soul, Live with Dignity. Belarusians' Salaries Have Grown. Updated data was presented by the National Statistical Committee of the country. In July, the nominal gross average monthly salary amounted to 3,172 rubles.

Compared to June, the figure increased by almost 68 rubles. Belstat also provides separate statistics by regions and areas of activity. In Minsk, the number reached 4,116 rubles – plus 61 compared to June. Among the regions, the capital traditionally leads, followed by Brest and Grodno.

Natalia Tarasiuk, Deputy Chairwoman of the National Statistical Committee of Belarus: This year, the average salary in our country has been steadily growing, both in nominal and real terms. After seven months, it amounted to 2,961 rubles, which is 13% more than during the same period last year. Moreover, in real terms, this is almost 8% more. In July, the average salary was 3,172 rubles, an increase of 2% compared to June.

The most profitable sectors were information and communications, financial and insurance activities, as well as construction.
