By a decree of the Ministry of Finance dated 9 September 2026, No. 42, prices for precious metals in finished products and scrap purchased from individuals have been established (excluding the purchase and sale of precious metals in the form of measured bars and coins by banking and non‑banking credit and financial organizations from individuals). This was reported by BELTA citing the National Legal Internet Portal.

In particular, from 15 September the purchase prices for precious metals in finished products and scrap per gram will be: gold 375 fineness – 151.87 rubles (previously 129.81 rubles); 500 fineness – 202.49 rubles (previously 173.08 rubles); 583 and 585 fineness – 236.91 rubles (previously 202.5 rubles); 750 fineness – 303.74 rubles (previously 259.61 rubles); 900 fineness – 364.48 rubles (previously 311.54 rubles); 916 fineness – 370.96 rubles (previously 317.07 rubles); 950 fineness – 384.73 rubles (previously 328.84 rubles); 958 fineness – 387.97 rubles (previously 331.61 rubles).

Platinum of 950 fineness will be purchased at 155.8 rubles (previously 131.05 rubles).

The price per gram of silver of 750 fineness will be 4.55 rubles (previously 3.72 rubles), 800 fineness – 4.86 rubles (previously 3.97 rubles), 875 fineness – 5.31 rubles (previously 4.34 rubles), 916 fineness – 5.56 rubles (previously 4.54 rubles), 925 fineness – 5.61 rubles (previously 4.59 rubles), 960 fineness – 5.83 rubles (previously 4.76 rubles).

The decree of the Ministry of Finance dated 28 July 2026, No. 34 “On establishing prices for precious metals in finished products and scrap purchased from individuals” has been repealed.
