A rating of construction, engineering, and contracting organizations is planned to be created in Belarus. This was announced on the television channel “Belarus 1” by First Deputy Minister of Architecture and Construction Vladimir Naumovich, reports Belta.

“To help our citizens, clients, and legal entities navigate the reputation of developers, engineering, and contracting organizations, the issue of creating a rating for such organizations is being worked out,” he said.

According to the First Deputy Minister, if the Ministry can accomplish this task in the near future, the relevant information will appear on the state information resource. “Individuals and legal entities will be able to determine for themselves, according to the assigned rating, the most successful, proper, and correct organization from a work perspective,” he emphasized. “The methodology of rating will be hidden so that organizations and legal entities cannot influence it. Nevertheless, it will serve as a guide for everyone else.”

There is a methodology for assigning the rating. “It will take into account consumer satisfaction, quality and timeliness of work, adherence to budgets in construction—whether the contractor invested in the estimate or not,” listed Vladimir Naumovich. “All of this will be combined into an integral rating, and the end consumer will be able to review it and make their decision.”
