On the last Thursday of the month, September 24, a Republican legal reception of trade unions will be held in the Mogilev region. Trade union specialists will provide free consultations for anyone interested in matters of protecting labor and socio-economic rights.

Trade union lawyers continue to travel to districts to help residents of the region understand various situations:

  • disputes over wages and bonuses,
  • unlawful dismissals and disciplinary sanctions,
  • drafting contracts and part-time work,
  • vacations and sick leave.

Consultations are free for everyone, regardless of place of work and union membership. In addition to consultations, lawyers will help prepare documents for court. If necessary, additional checks will be organized. For particularly complex cases, representatives of the prosecutor's office are traditionally involved in the reception work.

"We continue our active work because we see that people need constant legal support. Someone wants to check the legality of the terms of a new contract, someone cannot figure out the calculations, and someone is preparing for retirement. We continue to travel to districts so that this help is as accessible as possible. Come on September 24 with your documents – together we will find a way out of any situation," comments the chief labor law inspector of the Mogilev Regional Trade Union Association, Inna Chebotarevskaya.

To sign up for the reception, call: 8 (0222) 62-79-20.
