"Belstroycenter Signs Agreement on Agricultural Town Construction Project in Azerbaijan

Brest Region April 6, 2026 14:06 RUE "Belstroycenter" and IMA-ENERGY LLC (Azerbaijan) have signed a memorandum of understanding and cooperation in the field of construction activities, the enterprise told BELTA.

The meeting was held via video conference. In Minsk, the document was signed by General Director of RUE "Belstroycenter" Alexey Malinovsky.

The Azerbaijani side acts as a partner-subcontractor, in cooperation with whom Belarusian builders will begin the construction of an agricultural town in the Aghdam district of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

"The project is large-scale and socially significant, including the construction of 448 residential buildings, a school and a kindergarten, as well as complete infrastructure. Currently, the project is at the design stage," the enterprise said.

Cooperation with IMA-ENERGY LLC opens new opportunities for the export of construction services of Belarusian specialists. This is another step in strengthening partnership relations between Belarus and Azerbaijan in the construction sector.
