He noted that there are no problems with acquiring firewood today. “We are doing everything to make it more convenient for people to do so. Starting from October 1, firewood can be ordered online. There’s no need to go to the forestry office. Any citizen, whether at home, at work, or anywhere else, can visit the website and submit an online request. To control the timeliness and fulfillment of requests, logs are created, including overdue requests—this aspect will be monitored more closely using technical capabilities. Moreover, we have recently seen an increase in demand for split firewood. Therefore, we set ourselves the task of increasing the production volume of this product. If necessary, we will purchase equipment, install it, to meet the demand,” added the Minister of Forestry.
