The corresponding resolution was signed by Prime Minister Alexander Turchin, according to BELTA. Starting September 23, 2026, a temporary six-month ban will be introduced on the export of certain types of industrial goods in order to prevent their unjustified export from the territory of Belarus and to avert shortages of such goods in the country's domestic market.

In particular, the list of goods subject to the temporary export ban has been updated. Goods for which the permit-based export procedure is deemed impractical have been excluded, taking into account law enforcement practice, due to either the complete absence of export applications during the restrictive measure's period of effect or their insignificant number. In addition, goods exported outside the country to the distribution networks of Belarusian organizations abroad or to special representatives have also been excluded, along with goods whose export and technical maintenance is complicated by the need to obtain export permits.

Based on the practical application of the measure, additional cases have been established in which coordination of the export of goods is not required.
