Here is 19 years that it has taken to hold the position of chief accountant of OOO "Belarusian Cement Plant" Natalia KULIK, and her total tenure at the enterprise amounts to 29 years.

The heroine was born and raised in Kostyukovichi, where she also graduated from third grade and quickly determined her choice of future profession. According to Natalia KULIK, by paternal line, all her uncles and aunts worked as accountants in various organizations. So she decided to continue this family dynasty and enrolled at the Belarus State Agricultural Academy for accounting studies, after which she returned to the motherland.

On April 21, 1997, Natalia Viktorovna came to work as an accountant at the time still at the "Cemestorepair" branch. And after maternity leave in November 2000, she became lead accountant at BCCZ. Her career path has been rapid: from lead accountant to deputy head of accounting department and finally to chief accountant of the city-building enterprise.

At the Belarusian Cement Plant, the workforce is huge: including subsidiaries, more than two and a half thousand people work here. Together with Natalya Kulik, fourteen other employees work in the enterprise's accounting department, calculating wages, paying taxes, keeping records of expenses and profits. According to the chief accountant, they are all true professionals of their trade, who every day perform such seemingly unnoticeable but important and necessary work. In the friendly accounting team, they always support each other, share their accumulated experience, and help overcome difficulties.

Although each subsidiary, whether it's "Cemagro" or the "Minsk Silicate Products Plant," has its own chief accountant, Natalya Kulik also provides them with assistance within her capacity.
