The Chairman of the Lida District Executive Committee, Alexander Versotsky, held a personnel day, with the focus on issues related to the human resources potential of the region's agro-industrial complex. During the event, candidates for managerial positions in the district were reviewed.

Particular emphasis was placed on drawing from the local personnel reserve — specialists who have been successfully working at their organizations for a number of years and have proven their professionalism in practice. Among them:

Danilevskaya Oksana Gennadyevna, chief technologist of OJSC "Lida Canned Milk Combine," is being considered for the position of Deputy General Director for Production.

Chernenky Dmitry Igorevich, a zoo technician-breeder at KSUP "Yodki-Agro," is a candidate for the position of chief zoo technician at this enterprise.

For both specialists, these appointments represent a logical and well-deserved stage in their career growth. The district leadership confirmed its readiness to provide them with comprehensive support, but serious tasks are being set before the new managers. Special attention was given to the need to establish clear and effective interaction between the Lida Canned Milk Combine and the district's agricultural enterprises in order to achieve a unified common result. Assistance will be provided if necessary, but accountability for meeting planned indicators will remain strict.

During the meeting, the issue of retaining personnel in rural areas was also examined in detail, primarily the provision of housing. It was noted that for specialists, issues related to renting housing and compensation for the costs of rented square meters are critically important. The head of the district instructed that this matter be worked out in the shortest possible time. Work is underway to create decent living conditions in order to give professionals confidence and retain them in the district.

It is noted that the resources for this are available: the construction of rental housing in the Lida district is proceeding at a rapid pace. In the current year alone, the housing stock has been expanded by 12 rental apartments with a total area of approximately 800 square meters.
