Urgent issues were discussed at a staff meeting chaired by the chairman of the Khotimsk district executive committee

hotimsk August 31, 2026 11:12 The agenda of the staff meeting led by the chairman of the Khotimsk district executive committee, Alexander Divakov, was packed. Before moving on to it, let us dwell on two points. First. In the foyer on the first floor near the meeting hall of the district executive committee, a tasting of bakery and confectionery products from our bakery took place. The products are good and should be promoted in the market. As an example — the bread from our bakery, which is sold in neighboring districts of the region and is in demand.

Second. During the celebration of Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus on July 3, a modern sports ground was opened in the city's Park of Culture and Recreation, created as part of the republican project "Sport for All" of the Presidential Sports Club. A few days ago, a wonderful children's playground was also opened next to it. Both playgrounds were built using funds from the district subbotnik, with more than 66 thousand rubles spent.

There will also be a subbotnik next year. The chairman of the district executive committee, Alexander Divakov, addressed the meeting participants: "What proposals are there for the use of funds earned at the subbotnik?" There are enough sports and children's playgrounds in the district at present. And he went on to develop the idea. During the "Zalaty Karas" festival, the head of the district noted that our beach no longer meets modern requirements. There were about a hundred fishing participants alone, including 47 children. We are visited by guests, including from Russia. Therefore, as they say, we must keep up standards. After all, we are doing this for ourselves and for the future of our children. Hence the proposal: to direct the funds earned at the subbotnik toward the improvement of the beach. And what is your opinion, dear Khotimsk residents?

For reference: the concept of "improvement" in this case conceals large-scale preparation of the territory from scratch and the installation of developed infrastructure. For example, this year in Kritchev they improved even two completely new modern beaches, and "Pesochny Bereg" on the Sozh River has already been recognized as the best in the Mogilev Region. Khotimsk volleyball players have already tried out the beach volleyball court.

Now, as for the issues of the staff meeting. Let us highlight the main points.

*Despite all the bans and inspections, the problem of dyed fuel theft in the agricultural sector persists. Since the beginning of the year, 7 such cases have been identified in the district: 4 thefts and 3 – storage. 32 reports have been drawn up, of which 28 are for being in a public place in a state of alcohol intoxication.

*On the work of the 115 dispatch service. Over the week, 11 requests were received, of which 8 have been completed. These concern street lighting, stray animals, the quality of drinking water in a well, and the technical condition of the well. The issues are solvable and they are being resolved.

*As of August 28, out of 59 heat energy consumers, 57 readiness certificates have been received. The remarks regarding two consumers will be addressed within a few days. Out of 39 heat meters, 38 have been received. The issue concerning the "Berezki" rural cultural center is being resolved.

*You can't envy the chairman of the Trostinovsky rural Council after specialists, who had studied the issue, presented information "On the implementation of measures to establish order on the land and improvement of territories in rural settlements of the Trostinovsky rural Council." Take any settlement and the picture is practically the same everywhere: communal lands adjacent to dilapidated vacant houses and structures become overgrown with weeds and shrub vegetation, invasive plants grow, work on the demolition of dilapidated vacant houses is carried out poorly, etc. The conversation was serious and quite tough. The main thing is that it should prove beneficial.

*On the ongoing work to terminate agreements with residents of dormitories of the "Zhilkomkhoz" communal services enterprise. As it turned out, we have people living in dormitories with debts of up to 9 thousand rubles. Who are they? What do they do? Why such a debt? Of course, our state is socially oriented, but not to such an extent. As of today, 5 people have been evicted from dormitories, and work is being carried out with 18 more. Here it is necessary to develop an algorithm of interaction: the organization that petitions to provide its employee with a place in a dormitory, and the "Zhilkomkhoz" communal services enterprise. The connection is lost in the event of their dismissal from the organization. A person lives in a dormitory, but may work somewhere completely different. The chairman of the district executive committee set the task of investigating and bringing order to this matter.
