Successful company development today is impossible without promoting products and entering new sales markets. One of the key elements ensuring this process is the enterprise's quality management system.

Whether the BCZ product meets national quality standards is known by Yulia Blazhko, head of the quality management department, who has worked at the Belarusian Cement Plant for 29 years.

This charming woman has a wide geographical scope! Where hasn't she been? Yulia Adolfovna was born in the city of Kansk, Krasnoyarsk Krai. At the age of seven, she moved with her parents to Uzbekistan, specifically to Fergana, where she finished school. She went to study in Khabarovsk, enrolling in the Polytechnic Institute for the specialty "engineer-technologist of the chemical-forest complex." The result? A red diploma!

Yulia moved with her husband to Sakhalin, where she lived for eight years in the city of Uglegorsk, working in the Uglegorsk fire protection detachment. You might ask how she ended up in Kostyukovichi? Very simply: Yulia's parents moved from Fergana in 1992 to a small Belarusian town where a huge cement plant was being built. Her two sisters moved there with the parents. While on vacation in Belarus, Yulia couldn't help but fall in love with our nature: bright, vibrant colors, a mild climate, warm winters. All of this simply captivated her. She wanted to replace the harsh Sakhalin climate with Belarusian warm summers. And in 1997, Yulia Blazhko found herself in Kostyukovichi, something she has never regretted.

Yulia Adolfovna's career at the Belarusian Cement Plant began as a laboratory assistant in the sanitary-technical laboratory. The positions of engineer, technician, and head of that same laboratory were well within her capabilities. She also had good mentors who were happy to share their professional experience. Our heroine fondly remembers Lyudmila Alexandrovna Onoprienko.

In 2010, Yulia Adolfovna moved to the aspiration, dust collection, and ventilation workshop as an equipment operation master. But already in 2014, our heroine was invited to the production-technological department as an engineer.

Since 2019, Yulia Blazhko has been working as the head of the quality management department.

– Our enterprise has implemented a quality management system in accordance with all requirements, says Yulia Adolffova. – We conduct internal audits of our departments, more than twenty-five in total, we assist in managing quality management system documents so that developed standards and requirements of the national standard are observed. We prepare documentation for participation in contests, such as:

• awarding our cement a quality mark;
• obtaining certificates for our own production products;
• registering our trademark;
• assigning barcodes to our products.

Yulia Blazkova shared a novelty of her department – the implementation of a lean management system, which aims to reduce costs, increase productivity, technical and economic indicators of the enterprise. This system can affect a decrease in product cost. And next year it is planned to obtain a certificate for it.

Yulia Adolffova raised her son Grigory, who lives and works in Minsk. She very much loves her eight-year-old granddaughter Vasilisa.

Despite the dense schedule, our heroine always found time for fitness training, participating in sports competitions, Spartakiadae, representing BCZ in an athletic cross. That is why at 58 years old, Yulia Blazkova keeps not only her form but also her vigor, which is enough for work and for caring for her elderly mother. By the way, two sisters worked at BCZ along with their relatives and her father, so the tenure of this family dynasty equals 154 years.
