On August 31, CJSC "Agrokombinat "Zarya" honored the person whose working rhythm these days sets the tone for the entire region. Alexander Andreichikov, a young driver at the agrokombinat, became the hero of the BRSM republican project "Young People — For the Harvest," because it is on his shoulders that, in this hot season, 6 thousand tons of grain and leguminous crops have been transported.

photo Honorary guests came to congratulate the young record-setter: deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus and first secretary of the Central Committee of BRSM Vladimir Pavlovsky, as well as the leaders of the youth movement of the region and district — Oleg Boyko and Vladislav Konovalov.

Vladimir Pavlovsky, presenting the award, did not hide his pride:

— A worker of "Zarya" was the first in the country to surpass the threshold of six thousand tons in grain transportation. This is a powerful signal: at the most crucial moment, when the food security of the country is being forged, it is precisely these guys who are on the front line. Their labor is the foundation of the well-being of our state, and the entire republic should know about such examples.

photo photo The leader of BRSM also emphasized how important it is to change stereotypes about rural labor:

— There are quite a few young people who are still at a crossroads, doubting whether to link their fate with the agricultural sector. Our task is to show them: the profession of a grain grower is not just relevant, it is prestigious and vitally necessary. After all, without a reliable food rear, the development of any other sphere is impossible.

Alexander himself admits: in his driving career, every season is a new height. If in his debut year he transported 3 thousand tons, then already in the previous season the bar rose to 5 thousand. Today's 6 thousand is not the finish line — the driver has no intention of slowing down while work is in full swing in the fields.

Surprisingly, in the cab of a heavy truck, amid the endless flow of golden grain, Alexander still finds room for romance.

— There's a certain aesthetic to my work, — he shares. — While I'm transporting the harvest, I manage to soak in the beauty of my native Mogilev region: endless fields, dense forests, touching sunrises and quiet sunsets. It gives me an amazing sense of peace.

But the main source of strength and inspiration awaits him at home.

— That's where I'm always welcomed with warmth, — Alexander smiles. — My wife and two children are my greatest pride and support. When I come home and see their happy faces, I understand who I get behind the wheel and go out to the field for every morning. My work is a contribution to their future.
