From a grain field, farmers always want to get a return in the form of decent yields. And who, if not the workers of the agricultural sector, knows that the implementation of plans depends on many factors: soil fertility, weather, technical equipment, and, of course, on personnel potential.

– On our lands, with a fertility of about 27 points, a good grain harvest was grown this year, which allowed us to fully fulfill the state order and sufficiently supply the farm with grain for its own needs. Winter rapeseed was especially pleasing: the total yield exceeded 940 tons at a productivity of 31.2 centners per hectare.
