An application can be submitted in the personal account three months prior to the end of the payment period through the bank. After the application is reviewed, specialists will extend the payments through the bank for another three years. Citizens with an active basic account at the bank can use the service. It is also possible to schedule an online appointment with social protection institution specialists on the social protection portal. Additionally, through the personal account, it is possible to order services from a social worker, nurse, or nanny.
