At the Veterans' Culture Palace in Minsk, a solemn event titled “We Build Tomorrow” took place. Among the participants were young specialists and mentors from OJSC “BZM P”.

A highlight of the celebration was the awarding of students, trainees, mentors, and young trade‑union activists for their conscientious work, professionalism, and dedication to their craft.

Galina Yelsukova, a chemist from the analytical laboratory of OJSC “BZM P”, was awarded the badge “Best Mentor” by the Belarusian Union of Healthcare Workers.

Alexander Rzheutsky, a young specialist, pharmacist‑marketer of the marketing department, received a Letter of Appreciation from the Belarusian Union of Healthcare Workers.

The awards were presented by Vyacheslav Shilo, Chairman of the Republican Committee of the Belarusian Union of Healthcare Workers.

Participation in such events is a wonderful opportunity for young people to feel part of a large team. It is the younger generation that must continue the best work traditions, introduce modern approaches into the work, and contribute to the development of the enterprise.

The celebration concluded on a creative note with a concert program featuring performances by the winners and prizewinners of the preliminary stage of the “Multicolour of Talents – 2026” competition.

We are proud of our colleagues and together we build tomorrow!
