MogilevNEWS.by 02.09.2026 About 350 employees of one of Mogilev's largest industrial enterprises received unpaid night work supplements. Polina Teterova, a legal labor inspector of the Mogilev regional organization of the BELPROFMASH workers' union, helped restore the factory workers' labor rights.

The enterprise's employees regularly worked night shifts and were assigned overtime work. The employer paid them an overtime allowance, but the supplement for work from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. was not accrued.

As Polina Teterova noted, the Labor Code provides for an additional payment of at least 20% of the hourly tariff rate for each hour of night work.

"This is not the employer's right, but his obligation. We examined every document, cross-checked the time sheets, and prepared a submission to eliminate the violations," the legal labor inspector emphasized.

After the union's intervention, the employer conducted a full recalculation. The employees were paid all the funds they had not received for night work.

In total, about 350 employees of the enterprise received the additional payments.
