On October 12, a 'Company Day' was held at the Bobruisk City Executive Committee's Department of Labor, Employment, and Social Protection. Representatives of JSC 'Special Auto Enterprise' spoke with citizens looking for work. At the information meeting, they provided detailed information about vacant positions, working conditions, and in-demand specialties. – Due to the attachment of a waste processing plant to the enterprise, there arose a need to staff specialists. We are offering the available vacancies; today several people have already applied – it is clear that people are interested, – said Denis Viatkin, leading HR specialist of JSC 'Special Auto Enterprise'.
Currently, the enterprise requires sorters of secondary raw materials, equipment repair mechanics, electric mechanics, electricians, crushers, forklift drivers, and loaders. Anna Savitskaya, Deputy Director of the Department for Employment Assistance and Social Protection of the Bobruisk City Executive Committee, emphasized that such events allow employers and job seekers to communicate directly. – We hold such days at least once a month, as well as job fairs. We invite representatives of enterprises that need staff. This is convenient for both employers and citizens looking for work, because it creates a live dialogue. For example, some employers immediately issue a referral for a medical examination to speed up hiring.
Such meetings are an excellent opportunity for job-seeking citizens to directly talk with employers, learn about vacancies, and immediately discuss working conditions, while for employers they provide a faster way to find the needed specialists.
