Svetlana Karanovich reported that since January of this year, the registration of children for preschool institutions has been completely switched to electronic format. Already about 18,000 parents have submitted applications and received decisions in electronic form — in their personal cabinets.
In addition, as Svetlana Nikolaevna noted, certificates regarding the enrollment status of needy families and family composition can now also be obtained completely online, without contacting the "One Window" service.
— The number of applications registered through the "One Window" software complex grew from 390,000 in 2023 to over 2 million by November 1st, Svetlana Nikolaevna emphasized. — The complex is used by about 9,000 users from 2,445 organizations. There are 297 administrative procedures registered in it, including all those through which "One Window" services accept applications.
Summarizing the briefing, experts emphasized: the transition to a proactive format and digital services is not an end in itself, but a tool that should free citizens from unnecessary visits and paperwork. And judging by the pace of digitalization of the "One Window" system, Belarus is following a sequential path: from electronic applications to comprehensive life situations where the state will proactively offer the needed service.
