New web application developed by the Belarusian Bureau of Motor Insurance

Advantages:

• the application opens in the browser of any smartphone (iOS, Android)
• processing takes about 3 minutes
• the system automatically checks licenses/categories/insurance against state databases. If the insurance is expired or there is no license, the system will not allow issuing a European protocol, protecting against legal disputes with the insurer

Conditions for the European protocol:

• only two vehicles are involved in the accident
• no injuries
• drivers are sober, no disagreements
• damage does not exceed 150 basic units
• vehicles are registered in Belarus, and the accident occurred on Belarusian territory

How to file:

• go to the website from your phone
• confirm consent/soberness
• take photos of the accident scene/damage
• the at-fault party and the victim will receive SMS codes
• you will receive the number of the electronic notice, and the victim goes to the insurer for payment
