When the object's passport appeared next to the two‑story building at 94 Vilchkovskogo Street, I felt joyful. It means that the first stone building in Baranovichi – a contemporary of the city – will continue to stand. This was also assumed by the new owner, the company Promenergosvet, which acquired the object at auction in 2022. At that time, director Pavel Demin shared his plans and hoped to carry out a reconstruction of the building for multifunctional use. These ideas are now unlikely to come true.
The director of Promenergosvet reported that the enterprise is in the process of liquidation, and therefore the building at 94 Vilchkovskogo Street will most likely be put up for sale within a year.
