By November 16, Belarusians must pay taxes for 2025. What payments need to be made by that deadline to avoid unpleasant surprises? This was explained on the broadcast of the program “Our Morning” on ONT by the official representative of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties, Yulia Taran.

As the MND representative reminded, the unified property payment includes three taxes: land tax, real estate tax, and vehicle tax.

On October 1, tax authorities finished sending notices for payment of the unified property payment. If you did not receive a notice, you can generate it yourself in the taxpayer’s personal account on the official website of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties, or contact the tax authorities, Yulia Taran explained.

The due date for paying the unified property payment in 2026 is no later than November 16. It should also be noted that this year we are paying taxes for 2025.

The unified property payment can be made in several ways: through the taxpayer’s personal account on the MND website, via ERIP, or by visiting a bank branch or post office, the MND representative said.
