A 16-apartment residential building is being constructed on Kommunisticheskaya Street in the district center. A team of bricklayers led by Anatoly Bezgin from the State Unitary Enterprise "Klimovichskaya PMK No. 256" is currently working on the site. In the new building, nine apartments will be rental units, and seven will be for social use.

Construction is planned to be completed in the spring of 2027.
