Information about the update of the list of goods, cases, and conditions under which the transportation of goods in accordance with the customs procedure of customs transit is not subject to tracking using navigation seals is reported by the Minsk Regional Customs.

We draw attention to the fact that the Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated 09.07.2026 No. 71 "On the list of goods and (or) categories of goods, cases and (or) conditions under which the transportation of goods in accordance with the customs procedure of customs transit is not subject to tracking using navigation seals" has updated the list of goods, cases, and conditions under which the transportation of goods in accordance with the customs procedure of customs transit is not subject to tracking using navigation seals.

Among other things, navigation seals are not applied to the transportation of goods, where the declarant and simultaneously the carrier for the entire route of their movement (transportation) is an authorized economic operator, and the goods are transported on vehicles registered in the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union (point 16 of the List). The specified point 16 of the List is valid until 31.12.2027 inclusive.

Previously, the Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated 12.12.2023 No. 147 "On the list of goods and (or) categories of goods, cases and (or) conditions under which the transportation of goods in accordance with the customs procedure of customs transit is not subject to tracking using navigation seals" was in effect.
