You must submit water meter readings monthly, even if the numbers have not changed. Otherwise, get ready to pay according to the standard rate.

Readings for hot and cold water must be taken no later than the last day of each calendar month. Based on these, the payment for water supply, wastewater disposal, and sewage will be calculated in the following month.

What happens if you do not submit the readings?

If the meter readings are not submitted, the consumption may be determined based on the established daily water consumption norms per one registered resident at the place of residence, taking into account both registered and actual residents living in the apartment under a rental agreement.

Can the payment be recalculated later?

Yes. Contact the organization that provides water supply services and submit an application to reconcile the readings.

If a discrepancy is found between the charges and the actual data, the payment will be recalculated: the overpayment will be refunded, or additional charges will be made.
