In Belarus, by November 16, 2026, you need to pay a single property tax for 2025. One payment instead of three.

Since 2024, the property tax, land tax, and transport tax have been combined: the tax authority calculates the amount and sends a notice to the payer.

The press service of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties reminded citizens of all the nuances in its Telegram channel.

Since 2024, a unified mechanism has been in effect in the country. Instead of separate charges for an apartment, a dacha, and a car, a single amount is received. There is no need to submit data yourself: the tax service performs the calculation and sends the notice.

The deadline in 2026 is November 16. The payment is for 2025. Money can be paid via ERIP, at the post office, in a bank, and also through the taxpayer's personal account on the website nalog.gov.by.

To pay via ERIP, select: Payments and Transfers → 'Calculation' System (ERIP) → Taxes → your city/region → Inspectorate of Taxes and Duties by place of registration → Single Property Payment → UNP.

If the notice does not arrive, go to your taxpayer's personal account and generate it yourself, or contact the tax authority. The deadline is November 16.
