Operational units of the State Tax Service inspections in the Mogilev region, based on the results of operational activities carried out from January to September of the current year, identified violations of the legislation on product marking among 28 economic entities.

— The main violations were the transportation and/or sale of goods without affixing identification means or unified control marks to them or their packaging, as well as the sale of goods marked with identification means while information about such goods was absent from the marking system, — the press center of the State Tax Service of the Republic of Belarus for the Mogilev region reported. — The total value of goods violating the marking procedure established by law amounted to 465 thousand rubles.

For the identified violations of the legislation on product marking, 33 individuals were held administratively liable under Article 13.24 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus, with fines totaling 35.4 thousand rubles.

— Such operational measures aimed at preventing the illegal circulation of goods subject to identification means and unified control marks are carried out by tax authorities on a continuous basis, — the specialists summarized.
