The institution also registers readiness passports. "Among the frequent violations are the untimely submission of hydraulic test acts, flushing of pipe networks, inspection of heating networks and heating installations. As for power installations, this most often is the untimely submission of protocols of electrical-physical measurements and tests on gas-using equipment in the years of the fund, these are acts of inspection of smoke and ventilation channels. There are also issues regarding their registration," said Alexander Gulevich.

As for the technical side of the issue, the remarks are standard — partial absence of thermal insulation, failure to carry out or improper conduct of the revision of shut-off valves, violation of insulation, making connections by screwing, incorrect selection of protective devices, failure to maintain the regulatory distance between electrical lines and gas pipelines, destruction of smoke and ventilation channels.

"Serious violations that affect reliability and safety are becoming fewer. We strive to ensure that organizations, when preparing facilities for the heating season, themselves identify and eliminate shortcomings, and then invite an inspector of the State Energy Supervision to participate in the commission," emphasized the deputy director general.
