Based on the questionnaires, the participants will be placed into prearranged groups, with whom they will meet at the event — contacts and further collaboration can be arranged in person.

Throughout this time we will keep track of your progress and assess whether it is possible to escape a career deadlock, break the glass ceiling in business, or change your field of work within a month. We will learn roughly a month later how successful the experts' plan was and how effective your actions were. We will honestly report on discoveries, failures, and successes and draw up the project's conclusions.

Is success guaranteed?

We, nor the experts, can promise that by October 24 you will sign a new highly profitable contract or meet a long‑awaited client. But the consultants say: it will definitely be interesting, fun, and useful.
