On the Unified Portal of Electronic Services "E-Pasluga", a new opportunity has appeared that will be useful to every working Belarusian. From September 28, 2026, individuals can request information about their income, which is already available to the tax service. We will explain how to use the service, what data can be viewed, and why it is needed.
Previously, to find out what information about your income had been received by the tax authority, it was necessary to personally contact the MNS inspection at the place of residence. Now this can be done online, without leaving home, through the "E-Pasluga" portal. The new service simplifies life for those who want to be confident in the correctness of their tax data.
What is this new service? The service is officially called "Information about the income of an individual that the tax authority has". On the portal, it is assigned the code 3.05.03. The service allows you to request information about your own income and see what information about it has already been received by the tax authority. The data is provided from the automated system of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies "Accounting of income of individuals".
It is important to note that it is not possible to obtain information about someone else's income through this service. You can only request information about yourself - data about relatives, spouses, or other close people is not available.
How to use it: step-by-step instructions The new service became available on September 28, 2026, but before using it, you will need to go through authorization. Step-by-step instructions: Step 1. Go to the epasluga.by portal (Unified Portal of Electronic Services) Step 2. Click the "Login" button in the top right corner Step 3. Go through authorization through the MSI (Interbank Identification System). For this, you will need: a valid passport or ID card a mobile phone number linked to a bank account access to internet banking of any Belarusian bank Step 4. After logging in, find the service by code 3.05.03 or through a search query "Information about income" Step 5. Form a request and receive data about your income
If you do not yet have an account in the MSI, you can create one in a few minutes through the msi.by website or in the mobile application of any Belarusian bank.
What income does the tax authority see? Many Belarusians wonder what specific income is already known to the tax authority. Here are the main categories that automatically go into the "Accounting of income of individuals" system: Salary - data from your employer (monthly)
Incomes from entrepreneurial activities — if you are an individual entrepreneur or self-employed
Dividends — from Belarusian and foreign companies
Incomes from renting out property — apartments, garages, cars
Incomes from selling property — real estate, cars, securities
Pension payments — from the Social Security Fund of the Republic of Belarus
Scholarships, benefits, and alimony — from government agencies
Incomes from abroad — if they were received into a Belarusian bank account
Lottery and gambling winnings — from operators
Interest on bank deposits — in cases provided for by law
Note: cash incomes that do not pass through official channels (for example, informal part-time jobs) are not reflected in the system. However, this does not mean that they are not subject to declaration — the responsibility for indicating them lies with the taxpayer themselves.
Why check your income with the tax authority?
The new service can be useful in several situations:
If you plan to submit a tax return on income (for example, when selling an apartment or car), it is useful to check in advance what data the tax authority already has. This will help avoid errors and discrepancies that may lead to additional checks.
Sometimes, employers or other sources of income may make mistakes when transferring information. For example, they may incorrectly indicate the amount or period. Timely verification will allow you to identify and correct inaccuracies before they have consequences.
If you suspect that your employer is paying you part of your salary "in an envelope" and not reflecting the full amount in reports, checking through the "E-Paslua" service will show exactly what amount the tax authority sees. This is an important tool for protecting your rights.
Knowing the exact picture of your official income, you will be able to better plan your budget, loan applications, and other financial decisions.
Deadlines for submitting a tax return in Belarus
For those who plan to use the new service before submitting a declaration, we remind you of the current deadlines:
The declaration of income for 2026 must be submitted by March 31, 2027
Payment of income tax — by June 1, 2027
The declaration can be submitted online through the personal account on the website of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties or through the "E-Paslua" portal
What to do if errors are found?
If, when checking, you find that the data about your income is incorrect:
Contact the source of income (employer, bank, etc.) with a request to correct the error. If the source does not respond, contact the tax inspection at your place of residence with a statement to correct the data. Attach supporting documents (certificates, contracts, statements).
The contact center of the MNS: 189 (free from mobile and landline phones).
