The inspection of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies of the Republic of Belarus for the Mogilev region reminds that the deadline for paying the property tax, land tax, transport tax as a single property payment, as well as rent for the use of land plots (hereinafter referred to as rent) for 2025 is no later than November 16.

The amount of the single property payment can be found in the notification or in the payer's personal account, as well as in the ERIP system.

The amount of rent subject to payment is specified in the land plot lease agreement.

If the notification from the tax authority did not arrive by mail, payers can:

• generate a notification through their personal account on the tax authorities' internet portal;
• personally contact the MNS inspection at their place of registration and obtain a copy of the notification.

Taxes can be paid in one of the following ways:

– through the ERIP system. To do this, in the service menu, you need to select the sections: "Taxes" – your settlement – the corresponding tax inspection – Single property payment – enter the payer's account number (UNP) – click "Pay". You can find your UNP on the MNS website in the electronic service "Information from the State Register of Payers (and other obligated persons)".

• through the electronic service "Payer's Personal Account";
• at any bank branch or post office.

For late payment, a penalty is charged for each calendar day of delay.

In addition, for individuals who have not paid (or partially paid) the single property payment as of January 1, 2027, in an amount exceeding 1 basic unit, the calculation of property taxes for 2026 will be carried out taking into account the calculated value, determined as 15 (fifteen) percent of the unpaid amount of the single property payment as of January 1.
