The warmest congratulations and words of appreciation for the hard work today belong to the agrarians of the Mogilev region. The Shkolo, which hosts the regional "Dazhynki-2026," has become a gathering place for all residents of the Dnieper region who are engaged in agricultural work.

Today, the winners of the regional competition for achieving the best results in developing the agroindustrial complex are being honored. The ceremony features Head of the President's Administration Dmitry Krotov, Deputy Prime Minister Viktor Karankevich, Chairman of the Mogilev OBLISPCOM Anatoly Isachenko, President's Assistant – Inspector of the Mogilev region Nadezhda Kotkovets, as well as district heads, agricultural enterprise leaders, and pioneers.

"Today 'Dazhynki' is a way for the whole country to once again say thank you to our laborers for our bread. They made it through, completed the task to the end," emphasized Dmitry Krotov. "That is what our agrarians are famous for. They do not give up anything halfway."

"We certainly know that bread did not come to us simply by itself. We earned it and we deserve it precisely because of your hands, your labor," added Anatoly Isachenko.

The region's head noted that the 2026 harvesting campaign once again confirmed the ability of Mogilev to achieve worthy results despite difficulties. The upcoming corn harvesting will see the region aim for a total result of 1.4 million tons of grain, matching last year's figure. For the following year, the goal is set at 1.5 million tons.

Anatoly Isachenko paid special attention to the tradition of "toloki," when people stand shoulder to shoulder for a common cause. During the harvesting campaign, around one thousand combine harvesters were deployed, with workers not only among agrarians but also law enforcement officers, MCHS personnel, and residents of Mogilev and Bobruisk. The region's head also thanked industry veterans, noting the continuity between generations. As an example, he mentioned Nina Baranova, a Hero of Socialist Labor, whose monument was unveiled in Grodno.

Youth also showed high results: 115 youth crews participated in the harvest. The best young mechanizers in the country were Ivan Zdorovikov from Agrokomplekt "Zarya" (who threshed more than 5,000 tons) and driver Aleksandr Andreychikov (who transported nearly 8,000 tons of grain). Concluding his speech, Anatoly Isachenko expressed gratitude to President Alexander Lukashenko for his constant care for the countryside and wished the grain farmers good health, peace, and prosperity. Among the districts, the leader of this year's harvest was Shklovsky District. Second place in the harvest results among districts went to Mogilev District. Closing the top three is Kirov District.

Among the best agrarians of Mogilev Region are representatives of Chausky District. A Letter of Gratitude from the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee was awarded to Vladimir Karman, who is currently a mechanizer at JSC Sosnovy Bor g.Chausy. The Prime Minister's gratitude was announced to the leading veterinarian of the same enterprise, Oxana Prusova.

The Mogilev Regional Executive Committee expressed gratitude to the driver of JSC Golovenchitsy, Valeriy Bogachev. He received a Letter of Gratitude from the Mogilev Regional Organization of the Agro-Industrial Trade Union, and mechanizer of JSC Sosnovy Bor g.Chausy, Sergey Prusov.
