Perhaps one of the most heartfelt traditions at the ОАО Order of Labor Glory «Molochny Mir» is the annual October honoring of the enterprise's labor veterans. Management and young employees gather those who have spent decades at the conveyor, mastering the first technologies, laying down those very quality standards by which today «Molochny Mir» products are recognized far beyond Belarus. Veterans always look forward to this meeting.

Flowers, smiles, and a reason for pride

This time the celebration took place on October 1 at the «Prival» recreation base. Veterans were welcomed like family – with flowers, music, and treats. They were treated to a rich program: songs, creative numbers

For the achievements of their native enterprise, former employees watch with special reverence. Of course, they rejoice and take pride in the successes of the current generation of dairy workers and recall warmly the years when they themselves contributed to the prosperity of the plant. By tradition, during the festive gathering, veterans are told about the results the enterprise achieved over the past year. This time there were many achievements again.

So, at the beginning of 2026, OOO "Molny Mir" launched a new modern logistics center, and according to the results of the city contest on urban improvement and greening, the enterprise won first place in the nomination "Best Industrial Object". Nearly 20 "Molny Mir" awards were received at the 36th International Specialized Exhibition "Belagro-2026" and it became the winner of the republican competition "Best Exporter-2025". And according to the results of the 13th Dairy Festival, which took place in early September of this year, "Molny Mir" won 21 out of 38 possible awards.

Year by year, the geography of product exports from the Grodno manufacturer expands, and today the brand is well-known in the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Serbia, Turkmenistan, China, Vietnam, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Singapore, Algeria and many others.

Another reason for pride – the personal merits of the workers. So recently, the President of the Republic of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko personally presented the Order of Fatherland III degree to the general director of OOO "Molny Mir", Marina Anekyeva. And by order of the Head of State, the chief engineer of the enterprise, Yury Shapely, was awarded the title "Honored Worker of Agriculture".

"This connection – it lasts a lifetime"

Anna Tsvetkova dedicated 17 years to OOO "Molny Mir", retiring to leisure 18 years ago. Today she admits that sometimes she longs for the collective, the enterprise, her beloved work.

"We come here not for gifts, but for the feeling that we are remembered and valued. Everything we did was not in vain," shared Anna Nikolaevna with impression. "I worked as a milk and dairy products receptionist. The job is difficult, physically it was hard, but I worked, tried, just like everyone else. Today looking at the plant every day: everything is automated, convenient, beautiful. I think the most important thing that "Molny Mir" gave me is friends. Responsible, kind people with whom I maintain contact today. We worked together, shared joys and difficulties. Such a connection – it lasts a lifetime."
