The State Control Committee of Mogilev Region has identified numerous violations and shortcomings at one of the region's largest industrial enterprises.

During the inspection, the Committee found the production of goods in violation of technical regulatory legal acts requirements and without conformity declarations, amounting to over 1 million rubles; illegal allocation of depreciation expenses to unused property, resulting in an underpayment of profit tax of nearly 32 thousand rubles; inefficient expenditure of funds amounting to nearly 100 thousand rubles in the construction of facilities; violations of procurement procedures for goods and other matters.

As a result of the inspection, the enterprise and its officials have been held administratively liable in the form of fines totaling over 90 thousand rubles.

The Committee also sent the enterprise proposals to increase the efficiency of its activities, optimize costs, and prevent the identified violations and shortcomings in the future. Their implementation has been placed under control.
