On October 1, 2026, an open repeat auction will be held in Gomel for the sale of two vacant residential houses — at 46A Sverdlova Street and 16 Opolchentsev Street.

The auction organizer is the state enterprise “Gomelgeodeztsentr”. The seller is the Gomel City Executive Committee.

The auction will begin at 2:30 p.m. at the Department of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Gomel City Executive Committee at: Gomel, 18 Proletarskaya Street.

The bidding will take place if there are at least two participants for each lot. If only one citizen, legal entity or individual entrepreneur submits an application, the auction item will be provided to that person with their consent at the starting price increased by 5%.

Citizens of Belarus, foreign citizens, stateless persons, individual entrepreneurs and legal entities who have paid the deposit within the established time limit may participate in the auction.
