Oxana Leonidovna has dreamed since childhood of becoming a pastry chef. After graduating from culinary school, she took a job in her profession and gained experience.

– I studied new techniques and improved recipes, – says the woman. – I always strived to become better, so I refined my skills, analyzed results, and worked on mistakes.

From Pastry Chef to Production Manager

At "Euroopt," Oxana Oneochko was hired in 2019. Here she quickly and successfully made her way from pastry chef to deputy head of production, and soon took charge of the confectionery

– Interests vary for everyone, but we often spend time together: we walk, travel, celebrate holidays. Children make our life brighter and richer. Every day brings new impressions and joys. We support each other in all endeavors. I am proud of my family and happy to take care of the children, watching them grow and develop, – says Oksana Leonidovna.

The family's main shared hobby is tourism, not only in faraway places but also in neighboring cities and even in joint hikes.

– Travel is not only rest, but also a sea of impressions that make the family more united. However, as is cooking, – says the mother of many. – We don’t just cook; we truly create, experimenting with flavors and creating unique dishes.

According to Oksana Leonidovna, cooking is an opportunity to express one's creative nature.

– Every world cuisine is unique, and I enjoy studying its features and secrets. I like to look for new recipes and treat myself and loved ones to delicious food. Moreover, it is a kind of rest after a hard day's work, – continues Oksana Odnoochko.

When Oksana Leonidovna wants to be alone with herself, sewing comes to her aid. For her, it is a true relaxation ritual.

– Love for my work, self-development, and time spent with family – are priceless to me. This is my whole life, therefore I am truly a happy woman, – sums up Oksana Odnoochko.

Oksana's story is about how love for one's profession and the desire to develop find support from the employer. At "Euroopt" she grew from a confectioner to a production manager, keeping room for the most precious – family.
