Thirty years at the helm of agricultural machinery is not just a number in a work record book. It is decades filled with morning dew, the hum of engines, the smell of fields, and unwavering devotion to one's craft.
It is exactly this many years that Andrei Kisialevich, a production leader, has devoted to JSC "Pcič-Agra". You will agree, the figure is quite impressive, and better than any words it testifies to the correctness of the chosen life path.
Our hero was born in Petrikov. He began his working path with a dream of becoming a professional behind the wheel: he obtained a driver's license at the then "Selhaskhimiya" in Mulyarawka. Then came an important stage – military service, where character is forged and discipline is cultivated. Having returned home, Andrei Uladzimiravich came to work at the Lenin collective farm – the current JSC "Pcič-Agra", where he has been working to this day.
The management of the farm and his colleagues respect the combine operator who has harvested thousands of tons, as a man who knows the value of every grain.
"This year's grain yield is not bad," the agricultural worker shares his observations. "We worked diligently, devotedly, not counting personal time. The harvest campaign is always a test of endurance."
Indeed, success in agriculture is the result of collective efforts. The interlocutor emphasizes that in the harvest campaign, as in previous ones, everyone gave their all: the farm management, which provided all working conditions; the machine operators, to manage to harvest the crop on time; the workshop workers, who promptly repaired the equipment; and even the cooks, who made sure the agricultural workers were well-fed and cheerful. The production leader admits that he loves his work.
"Especially when the rye has already ripened, when it has filled out and you are driving the combine across the field... That feeling is indescribable. At those moments you realize: you are doing something very important."
Behind Andrei Uladzimiravich are dozens of harvest campaigns. He knows every hill, every plot of land on the farm. But the main reward for the man is not only the tons of grain threshed, but also the people dear to him.
At home, a loving and caring wife waits for him. His daughters have already grown up and chosen their own life paths, found themselves in professions far from agriculture, but they always treat their father's work with respect. A special page in his life is his grandchildren. The grandfather tries to use every opportunity to pass on to them his love for his native land.
I want them to know the value of bread. To understand that everything we have begins here – with this native land. Already today in Novosyolki a celebration will take place, where the workers of Ptich-Agro JSC will present their karavai with dignity. In this golden grain – a piece of the soul of Andrei Kiselevich, a man who proves through his work that there is nothing more honorable than being faithful to one's chosen cause.
