Timofey Novinsky, an instructor-methodologist for physical culture, health, and sports-mass work at OAO "Gomelstroymaterialy," an activist, and secretary of the primary organization of the BRSM association at the enterprise, shared his thoughts on participating in the forum.

"I am very glad to have the opportunity to take part in such a large-scale and important event. The forum was a real discovery for me: we visited two iconic places at once — the MAZ enterprise and the Government House.

The visit to MAZ was especially memorable: they told us about the history of the plant, we saw the production process, and the general director personally shared his experience working with young people. It was interesting to learn how they build a system to support young specialists, help them settle in at the enterprise after their studies, and create conditions for professional growth. For myself, I noted the idea of creating a youth council — I think such a format would be useful at our enterprise as well, to unite the team and more actively develop initiatives within the collective.

The plenary session in the oval hall of the Government House was no less impressive. This is a unique opportunity to be in the place where important decisions for the entire country are made, to sit at the deputies' desks, and feel the atmosphere of great responsibility. The session discussed issues of youth policy.

The forum gave a great opportunity to meet with colleagues from other regions of Belarus. Such meetings are important for exchanging experience and expanding one's circle of like-minded people."
