The State Control Committee of the Mogilev region identified facts of unjustified price inflation for construction materials that the wholesale company applied when selling products to customers, including agricultural organizations and state enterprises. For lime, cement, and roofing materials, surcharges of 11‑31% were applied, while the law allows only 10%. The total amount of the overcharges exceeded 10,000 rubles.

Moreover, this wholesaler did not include in the commercial transport invoices for the goods the information necessary for correct price calculation (the manufacturer's release price, the applied wholesale surcharge, and delivery costs). The organization was fined for the violations found.
