The Mogilev Regional State Control Committee has identified numerous violations and shortcomings at one of the largest industrial enterprises in the region. During the inspection, the Committee found that the enterprise had released products that did not meet the requirements of technical regulatory legal acts and did not have certificates of conformity, with a total value of over 1 million rubles. Additionally, the enterprise had improperly accounted for depreciation on unused property, resulting in underpayment of profit tax by almost 32 thousand rubles. The Committee also found ineffective use of funds during the construction of facilities, totaling almost 100 thousand rubles, as well as violations of the procurement procedure for goods and other irregularities.

As a result of the inspection, the enterprise and its officials were held administratively liable and fined a total of over 90 thousand rubles. The Committee also sent the enterprise proposals to improve the efficiency of its activities, optimize costs, and prevent the identified violations and shortcomings from recurring in the future. The implementation of these proposals has been taken under control.
