"This Is People's Fates, This Is My Fate Too": "Mogilev Lift-Mash Launches Jubilee Celebrations"
In 2026, Joint Stock Company "Mogilev Lift-Mash" marks its 60th anniversary. The first event of the celebration was the opening of an updated factory warehouse — the company's branding card, created in 1997 by engineer-designer Sergey Pota-povich.
In the jubilee year, at the initiative of the plant's youth, the warehouse was reconstructed while preserving its historical appearance. The collective of the subsidiary enterprise of the holding — Joint Stock Company "Zenit" — developed a modern multimedia system that added dynamism and light to the familiar image. At the foundation of the hall was placed a time capsule with a message for future generations of elevator builders.
Honorary guests attended the ceremony: Chairman of the Mogilev City Administration Sergey Chertkov, Chairman of "BELPROF-MASH" Valery Kurshevich, General Director of Joint Stock Company "Mogilev Lift-Mash" Ruslan Strakhar, and Petr Rudnik, who led the enterprise from 2003–2008. It was they who cut the red ribbon, symbolizing the opening of the renovated warehouse, and placed the time capsule at its foundation.
"This is the story of workers who built the plant, released the first batch of elevators, created new models. These are people's fates, and that is also my fate," shared Sergey Chertkov. "What is most valuable to the enterprise is the collective, ready to fulfill any tasks."
Petr Rudnik reminded that the plant's products provide comfort and safety to thousands of people.
"'Mogilev Lift-Mash' was and remains one of the leading enterprises of the Republic of Belarus. The plant gave life to entire dynasties, raised true masters," emphasized Ruslan Strakhar.
The jubilee celebrations have only just begun. May the plant operate at full capacity, and the collective continue forward and upward!
