If the letter did not arrive, you can generate a notice in your personal account, contact the tax authority, or open the 'Notices' tab in the MNS Mobile app.

How to pay

Via ERIP the path is: Payments and transfers — 'Calculation' system (ERIP) — Taxes — your city or district — Inspectorate of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties (IMNS) by place of registration — Single property payment — UPN. The payer's account number can be found on nalog.gov.by via the 'Information from the State Register of Payers' service or in the previous notice.

Payment is also accepted at the post office, in banks, and in the personal account on the MNS website. The amount can be split into several transactions — it is important to meet the deadline.

About late payment

Deadline — November 16, 2026: the 15th falls on a weekend.

If the obligation is not settled by the end of the year and the debt exceeds one basic amount, when calculating taxes for the next year, 15% of the unpaid amount from the previous year will be added to the sum.
