Investments in Belarus' fixed capital for January-September 2026 amounted to 42.7 billion rubles. The data was provided by the National Statistical Committee.

Minsk Region and Minsk collected almost half of the investments

The Central region accounted for 24.1% of the total volume, the capital city for 22.1%. Next are Brest Region with 12.7% and Gomel Region with 12.3%. The list is completed by Grodno Region (10.4%), Vitebsk Region (9.3%), and Mogilev Region (9.2%).

Half of the money went to construction, a third to equipment

Where were the funds directed? Construction and installation work accounted for 50.9%. Machinery, equipment, and vehicles accounted for 36.2%. Other work and expenses accounted for 10.7%, intellectual property objects for 2.2%.

Private investments accounted for 52.8% of the volume. The share of state investments is 40.9%, foreign investments is 6.3%.
