The developer “Severnaya Berega” announced an expansion of Lakeside Park along the shore of the Tzyan Reservoir. In the long term, the recreation area will grow from its current 7 to 36 hectares, with the plan to develop the territory in stages.

Initially, new walking routes will be laid out along the shore and rest areas with shelters will be set up. The developer promises to preserve the existing forest landscape (mature trees and natural terrain), integrating the amenities into the already established surroundings.

A special emphasis will be placed on family leisure. In the new section of the park, playgrounds with swings, slides, and developmental complexes will be opened, situated amid greenery and close to benches. In subsequent stages, the necessary infrastructure will be completed: public restrooms, food points, and a small shop, to make walks by the water as comfortable as possible.
