The tax inspectorate recommends not postponing payment of the single property tax until the last days.

Citizens who own residential premises in multi-apartment and/or block-type residential buildings, residential houses, garages, summer cottages and other capital structures, vehicles, as well as land plots are payers of property tax, transport tax, land tax through a single property tax.

Payment of the single property tax is made at the place of registration (residence) of the individual, regardless of where his/her real estate objects and land plots are territorially located; the budget payment code is 03101 (single property tax). The deadline for payment of the single property tax is no later than November 16, 2026. The payment period is for the year 2025.
