The Tax Inspection of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus for Mogilev Region reminds that the deadline for payment of real estate tax, land tax, transport tax as a single property tax, as well as rent for the use of land plots (hereinafter rent) for 2025 is no later than November 16, 2026.

The amount of the single property tax can be found in the notice or in the taxpayer's personal account, as well as in the ERIP system.

The amount of rent payable is indicated in the lease agreement for the land plot.

If the tax authority's notice has not arrived by mail, taxpayers may:

• generate the notice via the personal account on the tax authorities' internet portal;
• contact the MNS inspection in person at the place of registration and obtain a copy of the notice.

Taxes can be paid by any of the following methods:

• through the ERIP system. To do this, in the service menu you need to sequentially select the sections: 'Taxes' your locality the corresponding tax inspection Single property tax enter the taxpayer's account number (TIN) click 'Pay'. You can find your TIN on the MNS website in the electronic service 'Information from the State Register of Taxpayers (and other obligated persons)';
• via the electronic service 'Taxpayer's Personal Account';
• at any bank branch or post office.

For each calendar day of delay, penalties are charged for late payment.

Furthermore, individuals who have failed to pay (or underpaid) the single property tax as of January 1, 2027, in an amount exceeding one basic unit, the calculation of property taxes for 2026 will be made taking into account the estimated amount determined as 15 (fifteen) percent of the single property tax not paid as of January 1.
