
In the Gomel region, the tax authority inspected a sushi delivery service and noticed suspiciously low cash revenue. It turned out that over five years, more than 1.8 million rubles had been concealed from taxation.
The organization came to the attention of the tax authority during an analysis of public catering enterprises. For several years, the organization had a low share of cash revenue, and the tax authority considered this to indicate violations in the acceptance of payments.
Tax officials together with law enforcement officers concluded that over five years the organization had concealed more than 1.8 million rubles of revenue from taxation — an amount more than twice the total revenue that the organization had declared in its tax returns. The organization was additionally charged 103.5 thousand rubles in tax.
The head used part of the concealed revenue to pay "envelope" salaries, including to unofficial employees. The remaining money, according to the tax authority, went to the head's personal needs. As a result, the organization, as a tax agent, was additionally charged 354.9 thousand rubles in income tax on these amounts.
In total, after the inspection, the organization must pay an additional 679.5 thousand rubles.
Information about the violations was transferred to the FSZN and Belgosstrakh for the collection of corresponding contributions.
The inspection materials were also sent to law enforcement agencies.
