Six-Thousand Milestone: Young Driver Alexander Andreichikov Honored at "Zarya"

Ksenia Vorobyova 31.08.2026 As part of the republican youth project "Youth — for the Harvest!", young driver Alexander Andreichikov of the Closed Joint Stock Company "Agrokombinat 'Zarya'" was honored. During the 2026 harvesting campaign, he transported 6 thousand tons of grain and leguminous crops.

The young machine operator was congratulated by deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Public Association "BRSM" Vladimir Pavlovsky, First Secretary of the Mogilev Regional Committee of the Public Association "BRSM" Oleg Boyko, and First Secretary of the Mogilev District Organization of the Public Association "BRSM" Vladislav Konovalov.

Congratulating the harvesting front-runner, Vladimir Pavlovsky emphasized:

— It is especially pleasing that such labor victories are achieved by young people. This means our future is in reliable hands.

For Alexander Andreichikov, this harvest was already his fourth at CJSC "Agrokombinat 'Zarya'". He came to the enterprise without much hesitation — he decided to try himself in a new job. He liked it, so he stayed.

— Every season I set one goal for myself — to surpass the previous result. In the first year, I transported about 3 thousand tons, then more than 5 thousand, last season about 6.2 thousand. Now the six-thousand mark has already been reached, but the harvesting is still ongoing. Further — more, — the driver shared.

During the harvest, the workday begins early and often ends late in the evening. However, even in such an intense schedule, Alexander finds his own special moments.

— Sometimes by evening you already feel tired. But you meet sunrises, see sunsets — it's beautiful all around, and you really enjoy it, — he shared.

At home, Alexander is awaited by his wife and two children. His five-year-old son sometimes rides along with his father, though he doesn't show particular interest in machinery yet, and his daughter is still very small.

— My family treats my work with understanding. They await results, new records, and of course are proud of me, — noted Alexander Andreichikov.

The six-thousand mark for the young driver is not the finish line. While the harvesting campaign continues, he plans to surpass last year's result and set a new personal record.
