Ksenia Vorobyova, August 31, 2026. As part of the republican youth project "Youth — for the Harvest!" a young driver of ZAO "Agrokombinat Zarya" Alexander Andreychikov was honored. During the 2026 harvest campaign, he transported 6,000 tons of grain and leguminous crops.

The young machine operator was congratulated by Deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the public association "BRSM" Vladimir Pavlovsky, First Secretary of the Mogilev Regional Committee of the public association "BRSM" Oleg Boyko, and First Secretary of the Mogilev District Organization of the public association "BRSM" Vladislav Konovalov.

Congratulating the harvest leader, Vladimir Pavlovsky emphasized:

"It is especially pleasing that such labor victories are achieved by young people. This means our future is in reliable hands."

For Alexander Andreychikov, this harvest has already become his fourth at ZAO "Agrokombinat Zarya". He came to the enterprise without much hesitation — he decided to try his hand at a new job. He liked it, so he stayed here.

"Every season I set myself one goal — to surpass the previous result. In the first year I transported about 3,000 tons, then more than 5,000, and last season around 6,200. Now the six-thousand mark has already been crossed, but the harvest is still ongoing. More to come," the driver said.

During the harvest, the working day starts early and often ends late in the evening. However, even in such a busy schedule, Alexander finds his own special moments.

"Sometimes by evening you already feel tired. But you meet sunrises, see sunsets — it's beautiful all around, and you truly enjoy it," he shared.

At home, Alexander is awaited by his wife and two children. His five-year-old son sometimes rides along with his father, although he doesn't show much interest in machinery yet, and his daughter is still very small.

"My family understands my work. They wait for results, new records, and, of course, are proud of me," noted Alexander Andreychikov.

The six-thousand mark is not the finish line for the young driver. While the harvest campaign continues, he hopes to surpass last year's result and set a new personal record.
