The site in Lebyazhye, next to the well-known Lazurit high-rise, has begun to be enclosed with a construction fence. Apparently, life will soon be in full swing here — a dormitory for social workers will be built on the plot. According to the plan, it will be an apartment-type building. In total, three dormitories of this type are to appear in the new residential area. In the authorities' opinion, this step will make it possible to staff the social facilities operating in the neighborhood.

Local residents, however, were very worried about this construction, fearing that after the dormitories are built, there might not be enough places in kindergartens and schools for everyone who wants them. However, the Minsk City Executive Committee assured that educational institutions in Lebyazhye and neighboring Vesnyanka are not operating at full capacity and will be able to accommodate everyone.

Well, now it can be said with complete confidence: there will be dormitories in Lebyazhye.
