A new season of the practical meeting cycle for entrepreneurs and executives "Growing. Business Environment 2.0" has started in Minsk. The general partner of the project is VTB Bank (Belarus).

The project combines the opportunity to gain new knowledge, share experiences, find useful contacts, and discuss current business challenges. In the second season, ten meetings with experts are planned, dedicated to the development of companies and management competencies.

The first meeting was devoted to confident speech as a management tool. Participants analyzed typical difficulties of business communication, discussed ways to argue their position, and got acquainted with tools that help build effective dialogue in work situations.

It is precisely such steps that make up the movement forward - both for an individual and for business as a whole," noted Ivan Verenich, Deputy Chairman of the Board of VTB (Belarus).
